![]() Providing an accurate price Full written quotations will always be provided, and by understanding the fine details of your job, we are confident our jobs will be accurately priced. But if, as they often do, your project varies slightly or your ideas develop as the works begin, we always offer a flexible approach and solutions throughout the job. There will be no hidden charges or surprise costs, if additional work is required we will always agree this with you before we begin. All prices quoted are inclusive of tax and disposal of waste. On occasion we may ask for a little more time to complete your job, to ensure it meets our quality standards. We do not ask for any money upfront, and for larger projects will we will agree with you a structure of stage payments, payable in arrears. During the work... An experienced tradesman will manage your project, from conception through to completion. Taking the time to fully understand your aims, provide recommendations and offer expert advice. Our tradesmen are multi-skilled allowing us to offer a complete service in house. For speciaist services such as electrical work or gas works, we have excellent subcontractors who will work alongside us. However if you have any tradesmen who you would prefer to use for any part of the works, we will happily work alongside them. We will always treat your house as a home, not a building site. Keeping disruption to a minimum and always cleaning up after a days work! We are happy to provide you should you wish, a schedule of works detailing the plan of what work will be happening of each day of the project. Rest Assured..... Ian also holds project management responsibilities within the team when required and draws this knowledge from his time as a Site Forman for new build luxury housing developments. Our tradesmen are fully qualified to level 3 NVQ in Trowel Occupations, hold CSCS cards and are asbestos awareness trained. We only used known and tested subcontractors. What we do.....
