Our most recent project for the Lake family was the conversion of part of their integral garage into a play room to accommodate their growing family’s needs.

- Removal of a load bearing wall
- Insertion of an RSJ
- The construction of stud work walls
- Plastering of the walls and ceilings
- Raising the floor level
- Hanging new doors
- Fitting skirting boards and architraves
