Single storey extension

A single storey extension across the front of Mr Haynes’s property to increase his living room and entrance hall. The structural works undertaken involved removing the front wall of house and inserting a RSJ to support the first floor. The RSJ was positioned so that the existing and new ceilings within the extension lined through.
